Dissatisfied with the quality of electric cars, Tesla owners from Norway went on a hunger strike

An initiative group of owners of Tesla electric cars from Norway threatens to go on hunger strike if the automaker does not deal with the defects of their vehicles. A specialized website already hosts an appeal from car owners of Tesla cars with a request to help reach the head of the company, Elon Musk. At the same time, according to The Drive, Elon Musk reacted ironically to the outrage of the Norwegians.

Dissatisfied owners of Tesla claim that although Norway is the country with the highest concentration of electric vehicles of this brand in the national fleet, the owners of the cars themselves act as something like guinea pigs. Owners of such vehicles have to face many technical problems, and the company is not in a hurry to solve them.

Among the problems mentioned are constant squeaks in the suspension, the failure of engines to start in cold or hot weather, rust on the body of cars, and low-quality paintwork. In addition, owners of Tesla electric cars complain of constant failures in the functioning of onboard electronics, poor assembly of salons, and difficulties with charging batteries.

Central claims of the initiative group of Norwegians are related to the activities of the local support service, responding to requests for too long, or does not respond at all.
